This race is the premier "alternative" triathlon in North Idaho, encompassing mountain biking, kayaking and a run. Allows you to experience a 22 mile mountain bike on magnificent Rathdrum mountain, take in the beauty of upper & lower Twin Lakes on a 5.5 mile kayak, and a trail run of 6 miles back to Rathdrum's bucolic city park. There are events for kids, displays, food vendors, outdoor gear vendors (boats, kayaks, bikes, tents, etc.), and a beer garden.

You can participate as an individual - competing in all 3 legs, or as a team. Should you need assistance in forming a team, we can set you up with others willing to do a different leg of the race.

Not competing in the race? That's okay, pack up the family and head down to City Park for a full day of fun events!

Farmer's Market 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Kids Fun Run 9:30 a.m.

Duck Races all day in the creek.

Smoky the Bear will be there!

Live Owls on display.

Food and vendors.
